Lovely Trastevere - Une expérience authentique ..

Charmant pour 2, confortable pour 4 (sur demande), dans une rue calme au coeur du Trastevere pour une expérience authentique. L'appartement confortable et caractéristique est lumineux et élégant et a été meublé avec des raffinements distinctifs. Design moderne, fonctionnel, cheminée en pierre et poutres apparentes maintenues pour créer une atmosphère charmante et chaleureuse. Autorisé par l'Office de Tourisme de la Ville de Rome. Distances à pied: Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere San Pietro Campo de Fiori Piazza Navona.

Il est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble ancien. Il comprend un grand salon avec un canapé-lit tout neuf, très confortable et standard pour 2 personnes facile à ouvrir d'une seule main pour être équipé sur demande (taille du matelas Largeur 160 cm / 63 pouces - Longueur 195 cm / 76 pouces). - Hauteur 18 cm / 7,4 pouces.), Une kitchenette entièrement équipée et une chambre double avec un lit très confortable et flambant neuf, salle de bain en suite. Air conditionné dans la chambre et dans le salon. Haut débit WI-FI gratuit disponible 24 H jusqu'à 20 Mbps. L'appartement offre un emplacement magnifique dans une rue très calme de Trastevere et un accès facile aux commodités locales.

En moins d'une minute, vous vous retrouvez au milieu de toute cette magie .. !!

Vicolo del Leopardo conserve certains aspects caractéristiques et a l'atmosphère d'un petit village. ..Une certaine famille historique de trasteverin résiste encore. C'est l'une des rares rues de Rome, sinon la seule, où quelqu'un se bloque toujours pour se laver côte à côte. Les toiles sont toujours accrochées entre un bâtiment et un autre et c'est l'une des rues les plus photographiées du Trastevere.

Très peu de voitures circulent. La route est remplie de grands vaisseaux aux plantes luxuriantes, arrangés par les habitants. Vous pouvez également rejoindre la plupart des principaux sites touristiques à pied.

Very well located !!!

We highly recommend you this apartment. Very clean and very well located in a wonderful and authentic place in Trastevere. We did not need a transportation to visit the city of Rome. It is close to the great monuments and museums.

We started our two week Italian adventure in Trastevere and it didn’t disappoint! The apartment was everything we expected. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to any inquiries. The apartment was clean, cosy and close to everything. Most amazingly, when I left my prescription sunglasses in the apartment, Andrea found them and had them delivered to the hotel in Rome where I ended my trip 10 days later. To say he was an amazing is an understatement. Highly recommend Lovely Trastevere if you are looking for an authentic experience in Rome!

This property is in a fantastic area. It’s in an older building so we had some trouble with the power points and the air conditioning but the host reimbursed us accordingly. The host was very responsive and very helpful which is always very welcome!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the best stay in Rome ahead of our cruise. I only wish we could have stayed here longer. The cutest neighborhood - filled with lots of activity - cafes, restaurants, gelato! An easy walk across the pedestrian bridge to all the sights and sounds of Rome. The check-in process could not have been easier. Host, Andrea, was very responsive each time and helped us with booking cars from the airport and to our cruise port. She made arrangements for Lucia to meet us upon check-in when we arrived and what a pleasure it was to meet her! She walked us through everything and answered some of our questions about the city before she left! Definitely recommend staying here over one of the local hotels. You can pretend you are a Rome resident for a bit! Can't wait to go back one day.

Great start to our Honeymoon.

This was a great place. The owner arranged a driver for us from airport that was very helpful. We walked the remainder of our time and it was easy to get to main attractions. There are many wonderful places to eat within a minute or two from property. I HIGHLY recommend this for your stay in Rome.

We enjoyed the authentic look and feel of the apartment and the location on a tiny street with a real neighborhood feel. The communication with host was excellent. We were met at the apartment and oriented to it and the area. So glad we didn’t stay in the downtown city center which was very crowded.

Great home base in Rome

We enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. You will be putting in some steps to see the main sites. We walked 9+ miles each day. Coming home to Lovely Trastevere at the end of the day was welcoming. The district is lively with lots of dinner options minutes away, but the street is a quiet oasis. Both Andrea and Lucia were helpful and kind hosts. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and arrangement of airport transport the morning we left. Wonderful place to stay in Rome! Recommend and would stay again.

Quiet retreat from tourist crowds

Perfect location on a very quiet attractive block on the edge of Trastevere. Within easy walking distance (1/2 hr) of all the major tourist sites on the other side of the river as well as the Vatican. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment across the Sisto bridge every evening and enjoy the street music in the Piaza Trilussa and street life of Trastevere. The living room overlooks the street and is quite spacious and very bright. The bedroom window opens on to a small interior light well and so has limited daylight. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room could benefit from a new couch and a coffee table and there is no longer a rug shown in some of the photos, but these were minor issues.

The apartment was located in a busy and vibrant area of Trastevere but on a quiet tiny street with no traffic noise. The heating was efficient and the apartment was warm, important as this was January. Check in was quick and easy and the owner and assistant were pleasant to deal with. The photos online need to be updated and the issue of mould needs to be addressed, especially in the shower.

Convenient and comfortable enough

This apartment is well situated and was just right for us to help our daughter pack up from her semester in Rome. Clean and comfortable enough in a quiet building. Lucia was a delight and made check in very easy, and our driver from the airport was friendly, prompt, and professional. A bit of a lag in communication with host a week prior to departure had me nervous about our reservation, but all was more than well in the end. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, shopping, and tons to do and see. Thanks for a brief, but great stay! Beth and family

Beautiful Trastevere

Our apartment in the beautiful Trastevere section of Rome was as lovely as the description. Our Hostess Lucia was more than accommodating. She made our stay fun and easy and the quiet , peaceful street was such a welcome after being a tourist in Rome. Great location. I will Look forward to my next stay in Lovely Trastevere. Vincent

It is a great apartment in a great location. quiet and only a few steps away from the colorful life of the district - excellent! Great location

This was a good unit and location great. However there was quite a bit of mould in the shower which just needed some bleach to clean. The steps are to be considered especially if you are in the later part of life.

Rome in a day

The neighborhood is wonderful and the apartment is very conveniently located to great restaurants! everything within walking distance- pantheon 15 min walk colosseum 25 min walk we did do a lot of walking but we don't mind:) The apartment is very clean- could use an updated coffee maker, but otherwise great stay!

Why Rent This Apartment?

Why rent this apartment? Three reasons. 1-over 100 restaurants and every food menu you could imagine within a one to ten minute walk-a foodies delight. 2-the major Roma tourist sites are within 10-30 minutes walking distance or a short cab ride. Great location. 3-simple and pretty apartment with comfortable beds , air conditioning, a lovely Italian environment-so cozy! Would definitely recommend. Host and assistant were wonderful!
