Chic third floor, with lift, apartment offers a sprawling living room, designed for a togetherness experience, boasting comfortable seating, a TV with local channels and even a spacious dining table for a meal at home! While the generous kitchen is complete with a side by side refrigerator, induction stove top with two additional gas burners, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and more including a small balcony overlooking the quaint courtyard garden.

The primary bedroom features an upgraded European queen mattress (160x200) with two walk-in closets providing plenty of storage! Meanwhile, the secondary bedroom offers a single bed (90x200) and a dedicated work space for those needing to stay connected during holdiay. The secondary bedroom opens up to a third bedroom with two additional single beds (90x200)! The single beds are best suited for children and young adults.

Booking Highlights
Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 by appointment and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, guests are required to complete our online arrival form at least 5 days prior to arrival. Please note all guests must be present at check-in.

Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking will be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is 6,00€ per guest (aged 10&up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200,00€ payable by credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke and pet free.

Guest Access:
The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.

Just a few steps from Piazza Mazzini in Rome's Vittoria Neighborhood, the location offers a residential setting, less touristy than the nearby Vatican borough, and yet only 300 meters from the Lepanto underground station which is just two stops away from the prominent Piazza di Spagna! This strategic location, considered one of the most central areas of Rome, is even within walking distance to the historical center! Wander round with locals discovering great shopping in Via Cola di Rienzo e Via del Corso, alluring architecture near Piazza Cavour and not to mention established restaurants serving Romans.

Getting Around:
Walk Everywhere!!! Otherwise this area is well connected by bus and the underground!!!
