Pratique pour un accès rapide à l'aéroport qui est très excentré. C'est justement ce dont nous avions besoin. Le personnel était très agréable et la communication facile. Le seul bémol sur la propreté de la sdb. Le transfert aéroport et le petit déj compris en font un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excellently and thoughtfully designed property. Very comfortable bed, a small balcony to sit and have a coffee or a drink. A spectacular large bathtub with jets. Excellent communication and instructions. And try the pizza and desserts at Panificio Nur 2 a few buildings down. Walk to the beach 20-25 minutes. Ostia Antica is a wonderful ancient site.

They were so accommodating and allowing us to enter the room four hours early, and the room was immaculate, the bathroom sparkled, the offerings of snacks, coffee and tees were extremely pleasing.

Try to check in about Midnight. I called Hotel to notify our late arrival person answered whith no word of English . Later found out that nobody is at check in desk after midnight even we already paid for that night also no refund provided !!! Terrible experience!

when you booked we immediately told you that you could not enter after midnight. we offered you to cancel for free but you didn't accept because you wanted to enter despite the rules. we have chats and emails.

Travelocity put this as a hotel it was a apartment on top of a tire garage. When they opened in the morning you couldn't sleep because of the loud noises coming from the shop it was banging drilling and talking for hours. I couldn't sleep I had to wear headphones or just leave. The apartment was clean. The people brought breakfast morning they were nice.

Loved the room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Breakfast box / bag was huge and delicious. Common kitchen area was useful with real cutlery, bowls, cups, etc and a coffee pod machine (pods were in the breakfast bag). Good wifi. It's in a residential area so there weren't a lot of amenities in the immediate area. The room itself is above a tire installation garage but they were quiet until after 8:00 am. Traffic noise was noticeable until around 11:00 pm. Overall a pleasant stay.

I dont acept this rewiev because you werent be in my structure as guests. you expected to enter at 2 am (checkin is by 10 pm) unfortunately the system does not allow us to report no shows, so it allows guests who have not stayed to do reviews. I do not make judgments about you as a guest.

attracted by the free shuttle but got all the trouble from it. first no one comes in to hold a sign with your name, spent almost 40 minutes communicating with the driver to find each other. I have parents coming over in a later plane so ask if they can drive me to pick them up. after a lot of negotiation, they agreed but later on it's a different driver with another around of negotiation. wasted over 1 hour since my parents arrival at the airport, he won't wait for us asking us to take taxi back saying it's only under 10 euos. the local taxi overcharges us, he won't take us unless we pay 35 euro for a 10 minutes drive to house while i was sleeping in the bedroom of the 2 bedrooms unit, the owner (maybe) came into the unit knocking on my door waking me up to tell me I can't put my own food in the fridge etc.

This was a perfect overnight stay for leaving from FCO. Set up with individual bedrooms and attached private bathrooms. Common kitchen area that was perfect for making snacks and reheating in microwave. Breakfast provided. Would highly recommend

Good basic stay.
Staff is very helpful. Francesca picked me up from the airport promptly, checked me in, and was very kind and thorough. Yuri was my driver back to the airport. Airport shuttle is free. Yuri showed up early to carry my heavy suitcase for me. Very thoughtful. This is a basic property, but has been renovated and very cute decor. Tea and coffee available at night; free continental breakfast in the morning. Very clean. Thank you.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was as someone with an odd and inconvenient schedule would hope for. The staff was entirely accomodating, and I departed after a stay shorter than I wanted (due to change in travel plans) entirely rested and recharged. I owe this to the readiness of the staff to help me work with an adverse situation. I can say only good things about my two stays here!

The customer service at this Guest House II Faraone is EXCELLENT! The place is super clean and cozy. We had a flight at 6am and woke up since 3am. So nice and surprised to see croissants, pies, cereals, juices and cookies available for us. The hostess also ordered a taxi for us at 3:45am and we successfully arrived at airport in timely fashion. Loved the place and service! BEYOND EXCELLENT!

Great location near the airport, pleasant neighborhood, with free airport shuttle. Hours of shuttle operation are restricted, a downside if you arrive in Rome at an unusual hour (4 am). In making arrangements before arrival, the guest house staff were accessible and helped so much in connecting us to this facility. Cute room. Fun continental breakfast too. Great price.

Hemo pasado nuestra última noche en este lugar y ha sido muy bueno. El servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto es muy conveniente y muy rápido, la propiedad no se encuentra lejos del aeropuerto, está en una zona tranquila y hay varios restaurantes cercanos. La habitación y el baño son amplios y cómodos, hemos descansado bastante bien. Definitivamente lo recomiendo
