Dear Taisiia, I am very sorry to hear that your stay was far from satisfactory. I wished I could have done more to improve your experience. I would have definitely provided you different pillows if I had known you weren' t satisfied with the ones provided in the room. The Economy rooms face the inner courtyard. It does not have a view I understand but it does not emanate a bad smell as you say. Deluxe rooms on the other hand face outside, I would have changed room for you with a small extra charge. Finally I would like to remind you that it is not advertised that Le Petit Bijou is a hotel. While I understand your reluctance to return, as you can see from other reviewers, this is not typical of our usual standards and I regret not being able to address your concerns during your visit.
