Amazing Hotel!!
This Hotel did not disappoint!! Exceptional! Staff, very friendly courteous and helpful! Great location and very easy to get to main attractions. We were there for eight days and we are so excited we will be returning there in a few days for another 3 nights! This little hotel was perfect!

I would absolutely give this place a solid 4.5. If they fix some minor things, it truly would be 5 stars. The staff, the location, the amenities are amazing. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear that could easily be addressed. If those were fixed, I’d give it 5 stars.

Very nice rooms, huge bathroom and shower and the mini fridge offerings were so helpful after a long day of sightseeing. Jane at the front desk was absolutely awesome. So helpful and kind.

This property was amazing! I highly recommend staying with them. There were only a few other rooms in the suite, so the staff’s attention to our needs felt personable.The room itself was perfect for the two of us, and the bathroom was amazing after a long walk around Rome. The location is perfect with a taxi cab stand a few feet away. It is also located near the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, which is great. I recommend!!

Boutique near the Pantheon
It’s a non-traditional (boutique) hotel that is located near the Pantheon. We liked the location plus room size. The staff was extremely helpful. The room came with free bottled water and Cokes each day. We would stay there again.

Lovely simple clean room in a great location
I was nervous booking this hotel as I’ve never stayed in a “boutique hotel”. Our flight arrived at 710am in Rome from Boston. I knew we’d not be able to access our room that early in the day. The person who greeted us understood that we did our best…and allowed us to access our “future” room to hit the bathroom and change into fresh clothes before we head out for our very long day of touring Rome. The rooms are lovely with wonderful views. The location couldn’t be better with a 12 minute walk to the Pantheon area. There is an elevator to bring heavy luggage up five flights of stairs so that is a plus. There is however no “public bathrooms” are in the lobby so if your room isn’t available due to earlier arrivals, I’d recommend going before you arrive!!! Overall we loved the rooms, the location, and how quiet this was for a great nights rest. I will stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Domus 21 Luxury Suites! The location is perfect for tourists, within walking distance of all the major sites and plenty of really good restaurants and cafes nearby. We felt really safe in the neighbourhood, even walking back later at night. The staff at the hotel are really friendly - Jane gave us lots of recommendations for good places to eat. The room itself was gorgeous, recently renovated and huge! All the facilities you would need for a perfect trip to Rome!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Unbelievably quiet and extremely convenient to all the major sites. The staff was excellent and easy to work with and we loved the beverages/snacks made available daily.

Service was amazing - kept the place clean and always well stocked with drinks. Location is in walking distance of everything. Next time I go to Rome I would stay in the same place.

Excellent property. This place was close to all the most important landmarks in Rome. The rooms were clean and all the freebies in the mini bar was a sweet surprise. Gregorio and Jenny were a great hostess.

Wonderful! This property and Gregorio, the host are fantastic! Best location, 10 min walking from all tourist sights, taxi service in front of hotel. Rooms are huge, very clean. The bathrooms are spacious clean and have luxurious bath products. It is very quiet even though located on main street. Gregoruo was wonderful and so helpful with all questions I had and offered great suggestions for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and quiet and very comfortble to recharge after a long day of sight seeing. I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect, service is excellent and beautiful comfortable rooms with all you need. 5 stars! Hopefully we can go back to Rome and stay here again.

Excellent location. This is a boutique hotel and slightly different from other hotels, but in a great way. The check in was easy and the concierge was super friendly and helpful. Very modern and cool interior design with amazing architectural details — including an ancient fresco on the ceiling of the bedroom. The room was literally the largest room I’ve ever had in Rome and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nespresso and bottled water in the mini fridge made up for no restaurant/food service. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate hip and trendy experiences.

Amazing character property converted into a small hotel. For those who are looking to stay centrally and taste the luxury Rome should choose this property. The staff was superbly natural and helpful. One young gentleman was especially friendly. Sorry, I do not remember his name

This hotel seems to be in an old style European apartment building. Huge double doors, several stories high, to walk into the building lobby; wide staircase and old style elevator. Once you arrive on the fifth floor for the hotel itself, the room was terrific. Ceilings 20 feet high; huge window; good air conditioning; separate shower room and bathroom. Fresco painted on the ceiling. Complimentary waters, sodas and snacks. The staff was superb!! Grigorio and Jane were terrific. As there was a taxi strike, we asked Grigorio to set up a car service for our ride to the airport. Grigorio arranged for the ride. At the last minute, the car service cancelled. Grigorio put us into his own car and drove us to the airport himself! Above and beyond!! The location is terrific - about one block from the Pantheon; 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain; 15 minutes to the Spanish Steps and 5 minutes to the Jewish Quarter. Everything was super walkable.

What a lovely surprise it was to find this unique and beautiful property, very conveniently located in the Historic District with walking distance to all the iconic monuments.The room was huge featuring the most amazing fresco ceiling, so was the bathroom featuring 2 showers and all modern amenities Gregorio, our concierge, was the most amazing and professional host.We highly recommend the place and will definitely come back!

We stayed in the Junior Suite which is perfect for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, great and big bathroom ( incl his and hers shower! ), soft drinks in mini bar a free, the a/c works and is quiet. Despite the central location, it is quiet in the evening. Highly recommend the place!

Tutto perfetto! Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro città, a due passi da Pantheon e Piazza Navona, in un palazzo di fine 1800. Camere arredate con gusto e letti super comodi. Servizio di pulizia giornaliero. Personale molto disponibile e professionale mi hanno organizzato un tour bellissimo al Vaticano e l'autista per l'aereoporto. Anche il caffèe e il tea in camera erano di qualità. Non potevo chiedere di meglio, prossima volta che vengo a Roma tornerò al Domus 21 Luxury Suites.
