Accueil super sympa et personnalisé par contre tuyauterie vieillissante et donc très bruyante et les murs sont extrêmement fins donc les nuits ont été perturbées par le bruit des autres occupants de la maison

Rudy le propriétaire est vraiment sympa il nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour manger et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des métros et des bus. il est vraiment gentil l italien typique. le B&B est très bien. Très bon séjour.

B&B idéal
Super ! Le premier point fort est l'emplacement, à peine une minute à pied de l'entrée du Vatican, il faut juste traverser la route. Il y a aussi la station de métro Ottaviano qui est proche. Rudi est vraiment très accueillant, il nous a indiqué les magasins à proximité (carrefour express, magasin ouvert H24), les transports (métro, bus de jour et de nuit), les resto bons et pas cher etc. La chambre est propre et la salle de bain aussi. Ce B&B ne comporte que deux chambres et la cuisine commune est à disposition toute la journée avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Au debut du séjour, on récupere les clés des portes d'entrée et de la chambre. On a l'impression d'être chez soi. Le petit déjeuner fourni était suffisant pour nous : lait, eau, thé, café, pain de mie, beurres, confitures, yaourts, petits gâteaux. Nous avons trouvé ça très pratique de se servir seules. On y retournera ! Nous le recommandons vivement.

Highly recommended.
It was a great stay. Rudi was an excellent host. The place is right across the Vatican Museum, St.Peter's Basilica is just a 5-minute walk and St. Michael's castle a 10-minute walk.

Sistemazione comoda, pulita. Ottimo prezzo. Personale gentile. Posizione di fronte i Musei Vaticani, a due passi da i mezzi pubblici con cui raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi destinazione.

Fantastic Location!
Just across the road from the Vatican Museum, plenty of local restaurants and a fresh fish and fruit market within 100 metres! We only used the subway once, if you are reasonably fit the Colosseum is within walking distance. This must be one of the best locations in Rome! The room is an ok size with a window to the side, so not much traffic noise, however I suspect to the room with a front facing window may not be so good. Having use of the kitchen was a big bonus for us. The bed was not too comfortable and the fitted sheet unsatisfactory. The shower in the ensuite is not very good either. The temperature in the room seemed to vary between chilly and cool, but late January can be chilly anyway. Overall, at less than 45 Euros per night including the 6 Euro per night City tax, this hotel is good value

Close location to the Vatican
Rudy, the host is most kind and accommodating - make me feel very much at home. Upon my arrival, he gave me a map and his business card with all the information. He showed me how to get around - go to the Vatican Museum, which is just across the street, and the St. Peter's Basilica. And also, recommended restaurants and supermarket nearby.

We missed our flight to Rome from Auckland.I was impressed that the owner still kept in touch with us during this stressful time.Without his knowledge we would not have covered most tourist destinations in one day by foot.He was able to tell us where to go.

The location of this place is excellent. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the entrance of Vatican Museum, and 10 minutes to the Vatican city itself. Streets were safeas they were full of cameras and security guards around the walls of Vatican. The room itself was okay; if you like everything to its simplest, this hotel would suit your needs. I was concerned when the hotel made you pay in cash as well as not taking the photocopy of passport which took place in other hotels. The kitchen is always open to use, and there are many cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets nearby.

Good for short stays
This is a nice hotel, but it is very basic so it's probably best suited as s base camp or for short stays. It's clean, and has a bed, TV, private bathroom , etc. It's generally clean and well managed. There's access to the kitchen all day if you want to prepare food or make a cup of tea. The owner is incredibly helpful. He speaks good English, (which is great if you don't speak Italian like me) and will make your stay as smooth as possible. He does genuinely care about his guests. If you want to see anything located in Vatican City then this hotel is in a great spot. It's facing the museum, (if you want to visit try to get in for about 15:50 because the queue will have subsided by then), and a short walk from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican. I would recommend this hotel, but I think it would suit younger people more as it is lacking in a few comforts which some people might want.

Vatican delight
This B&B is located across the street from the Vatcan museum and 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square, making it ideal if you want to spend time at the Vatcan. 7 minutes from the Metro in case you want to see Rome. The owner (Rudi) gave us a map and showed us how to get around Rome. It was clean and cute.

Отличный вариант для отдыха в Риме. Расположение отличное - Ватиканские музеи через дорогу, основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, а если мало времени или устали, то до метро рукой подать. Завтрак отличный, wi-fi беспроблемный. Номера не самые новые, но все в отличном состоянии. В следующий приезд - только сюда.

Really well located, in front of Vatican Museum. The owner received me in the front door, explained to me everything, carried the bags, offered me some water/juice/coffee, gave me a map and all the directions I needed. He provided everything for a good breakfast (dognuts, croissants, bread, milk, tea, coffee, yogurt, butter, etc.). It was also possible to buy some stuffs at the supermarket (which is just behind the place) and leave it in the kitchen. There are everything to cook, including some spices. I strongly recommend it!

Il gestore è gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile, ci ha fornito la cartina della città e utili informazioni per il soggiorno in città. La camera è stata pulita e riordinata ogni giorno. La posizione è fantastica..... giusto di fronte all'ingresso dei musei vaticani. La consiglierei sicuramente.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Gut geeignet für Leute mit kleinem Geldbeutel. Ein großer Nachteil ist leider der Lärm. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Great experience at this B&B.
This B&B was was extremely nice and had a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was supplied. But the best part of the whole experience was all the extras Rudi did for us. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of in every way possible. He helped us plan our way around, and made sure we knew where we were going. He advised us on do's and don'ts while in Rome. He made sure that we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. He was absolutely the greatest host. If we ever travel to Rome in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Gezellig klein opgezet bed & breakfast slechts 2 kamers gelegen aan een drukke weg (waar je eigenlijk niet veel van hoor s'nachts. De ingang van het vaticaan is aan de overkant. De bus stopt voor de deur. Een aanrader voor een kort verblijf in Rome.

Im Sommer nicht auszuhalten!
Der Inhaber Rudi ist zwar sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber die fehlende Klimaanlage lies und nach zwei von fünf Nächten abreisen. Das Zimmer lässt sich mit dem winzigen Ventilator nicht im entferntestens kühlen. Man ist daher versucht das Fenster zu öffnen. Dann hat man allerdings das Gefühl aufgrund der viel befahrenden Straße alle 30 Sekunden von einem Laster überfahren zu werden (Das Fenster ist direkt auf Straßenhöhe bzw. leicht darunter). Das Fenster muss also geschlossen. Wenn man vor dem Schlafen geduscht haben sollte, wird das Zimmer dann bei Temperaturen um die 40 Grad zu einer Dampfsauna, da das Badezimmer über keinen adäquaten Abzug verfügt. Fazit: ACHTUNG schlafen bei heißem Wetter hier nicht möglich!
