3 story hotels require use of an elevator and a luggage cart to check in and out. Only 2 luggage carts were available to share with other guests. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain quickly. Room was spacious and clean. There was a good steak house close by. 2 round abouts made navigating a challenge when leaving.

We had a quick stay before sons surgery. Location was good. Interstate is a little loud but not to bad. Pool was a little cold but my son did not seem to care!

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was great and well maintained. Easy check in and out. Only minor issues were some wear and tear around the wood doors and furniture, an odd shower set up (not any big deal) and when neighboring rooms flushed the toilet, it was really loud in our room. But, not deal-breakers at all. Our best stay in Rolla to date.

The room just felt off. It could have been cleaner, but it wasn't terrible. The door deadbolt needed to messed with again and again to lock. The pillows were tiny. Just everything was so so, and not comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Clean and Affordable
Hotel was easy to access from the highway. All areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was fine. Breakfast was above average with lots of choices (eggs, meat, potatoes, danish, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, coffee, several kinds of juices offered). WiFi speed was good. The hair dryer in our room didn't work but I always bring one with me so no biggie. There was a flexible reading light by the bed, which was nice. I would definitely stay there again.
