« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was even more impressive than the photos showed. It was nice for the kids to each have their own rooms with queen beds, and the master bedroom had a king bed that was also really comfy. Sitting on the patio listening to the waves was relaxing, and the assortment of games provided some entertainment during our down time. « After staying here I’m under the impression that it doesn’t get cleaned thoroughly. Upon arrival I noticed hair all over the main bathroom floor & the fridge water dispenser water filter needed replaced. We sent photos of said issues and got an apology. On the listing it states life vests are available for rental during stay. Nowhere did it say how we rent them. Which is online and pickup is 45 min away from property. « Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company...
