« Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. « We were so impressed with this property. It's private yet close to almost everything (within 20 minutes). The check-in process was about as easy as it can get. Communication with the property manager was second to none. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions within minutes. « A little dated, but clean. Holes on wall where pictures used to hang. Bathroom vent fan sounded a lot like an old washing machine. Location was good. Parking ample. No microwave, but had coffee pot, safe and mini fridge. Would I stay here again? Maybe. »

« It’s a place to stay. Or room was outdated, old carpet, the ceiling was so low my husband had to duck in to shower. Seriously wouldn’t recommend for the price. »

« No staff to be found to get any help the pool outside is not usable has no water!! The hot tub has cold water in it!! The beds in the rooms are as hard as bricks. People standing at the doors smoking weed and letting the smoke enter the building. This is not a place we will return to. »
