« First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. « The staff overnight was less than helpful and the day time staff was more worried about eating then checking us out. The hotel was run down, the carpet in our room was stained as well as the sheets »

« When we arrived, it took 3 times before someone came to open our room door (the keys weren't working). The A/C in the room (room 108) wasn't working properly: it was hot in the room all night long. In the morning, the waffle machine wasn't working well either. I won't return there for sure. »
