« Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. « I stayed for 4 days 5/20-5/24. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty, as well as the countertops, windows and shower floor. I asked for a new room and was unable to switch due to being “overbooked”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work so I had to keep doing to the lobby for ice. « This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed!
