« The tiny house neighborhood was cute. The inside decor was modern and cute. Our only issue was it was a little warm sleeping because the cool air doesn't reach the lofts and we even had a fan. Also I would add in the welcome/instruction booklet (which was very helpful) where/how to dispose of trash. I skimmed through multiple times and did not see that, but we asked and were responded to quickly. Thank you for your hospitality! »

« This was a great place to stay! Gorgeous home with amazing views! Only a 45 minute drive to Zion! Host was great and had everything you need! Especially loved the BBQ, the gas fire pit, and all the necessities you need! »

« Wow! We were so impressed with this property. Our family of 4 was comfortable, cozy and relaxed. Matt was on property nearby and super responsive. There was wood in the fire pit every night and kindling underneath so it was ready to light. He opened the pool as needed and was very kind. The property was extremely clean! I’m very picky and it was pristine. There was space to move around the kitchen and bathroom. Shower was roomy. We had every supply we needed from matches to can openers, beach...

« What an excellent place to stay in Springdale! First, the location is perfect--Sol's grocery is steps away, the shuttle stop is close, Zion Guru is close to rent bikes. The townhouse itself has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of towels, the beds were great, and the kitchen had the basics so we didn't need to buy things like salt and dishwashing detergent. I can't rate this highly enough for a stay to see Zion! »

« Communication with the host was wonderful. Received check in and check out information the day before each. It was very neat and tidy. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It was nice having a Mavericks across the street. Zion National Park is only 20ish minutes and St. George is just down the road. It is close to a busy street and may be a bit noisy but you are even supplied ear plugs! »
