PROS: Front desk staff was friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. Precious D. was especially helpful, cheerful, friendly and professional. Since our aunt was with us, they were able to accommodate us for 2 queen size beds as we had reservations for a king size bed but the sofa there was not a pull out. Ease of checking in and checking out was smooth. We stayed 2 nights and had our service dog with us. The room was clean, beds and size of the room was comfortable. CONS: The hallway and rooms were dated and would benefit from a carpet change as it looks worn. Also, some aesthetic touches such as a new coat of paint to the hotel room /elevator doors would give a fresh look. The mini fridge in the room did not work. We reported it and was told they would address it the next day, so we were not able to use the fridge.

Very clean very nice high-quality everything. The only thing is on the Expedia website and had a place for parking garage and it really wasn’t on the site. It was around the corner and it costs four more dollars to park there than it does to park here in the garage at the hotel it’s $30 and the hotel is 26. so they shouldn’t put it on the site. The property has parking.

However, room keys will only open the gate to the open parking lot, which is the main guest parking area. Parking rates should remain the same either way, with the exception that a voucher to exit the garage would be provided if the garage is chosen. We will look into your parking charges and make the necessary adjustments, please feel free to contact us to provide additional details.

Temp was 79 degrees in our room. Called front desk. They sent maintainance who came quickly. Said after fixing a few knobs that T would be fine. Woke up after a very uncomfortable night and T was 73! We had it set for 65 degrees. Was not a good experience

An excellent hotel
I really liked this hotel. My only issue was that I asked for a cell phone charger and the one I received was not working properly. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel.

I found the staff ot this hotel especially pleasant and helpful. On the day I checked in the gentleman on the front desk noticed I was having difficulty walking and came out to help me, carried my suitcase in and suggested I take a ground floor room rather than my usual choice of a high floor room. He also allowed me to park my car nearby so I wouldn't have to walk from the parking area. The hotel is well maintained and the food I ordered was very good.

Stayed here a few times. Always a pleasure. Staff is inviting and friendly. Building is beautiful to the eye. Parking is no problem at all. Highly recommend.

Nice property. Poor customer service
It was enjoyable after a fashion. Your management needs to learn about customer service. Listening is an important skill as opposed to only wanting to begin every sentence with “unfortunately”… Why is it necessary to charge to park in an outdoor lot? Would it kill your to not charge? It would leave one with a good feeling and isn’t that what it’s all about? A good feeling.

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The front desk staff who assisted us during check-in was exceptionally nice, professional, and articulate. They provided a thorough explanation of hold charges and parking fees, making the process smooth. The masquerade ball hosted in one of their conference rooms was a beautiful event. The servers were friendly and accommodating, always wearing smiles and treating guests with respect. It was a fantastic venue. Our room exceeded expectations in terms of space; the king-size bed and couch provided ample room, and the bathroom, featuring a rain effect shower head, added a touch of luxury to our stay. However, I must express a concern regarding the bed. As someone recovering from medical back procedures and therapy, I found the bed in this location less comfortable compared to other Marriott establishments I've frequented. The couch and chair, which are usually back-friendly in other locations, were also not as supportive. I am a loyal customer and have enjoyed stays at various Marriott locations without encountering such issues. I hope the Marriott team considers this feedback to ensure a consistently comfortable experience for all guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to future stays with Marriott.

All hotel staff were polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I did have to ask engineering to change out the filter in the air conditioner. Once complete the air in the room was fresher and comfortable.
