Hi Chad,We would like to apologize for the inconvenience cause on your stay at our hotel. We were having some technical issues due to which your name was attached to different room type even though you booked a room with 2 Queen Beds.In addition, we had a lighting strike and power surge on that day due to which we our hallway lights were flickering and the cable TV service was down. It was unfortunate that all these things happened at the same time. Apologies again. We have been able to resolve all the technical issues and would love to have you back at our hotel and provide you best overall guest experience.
