Many nails/screws in the walls with nothing there. Very thin walls-could hear everything above us. AC temp would turn up on its own every night making the condo warmer than we wanted. Could use a good dusting/cleaning on all the vents. »

« Our hosts were wonderful catering to all of our needs. The beach is 1/2 block away which is a great plus. Cocoa beach is a much recommended getaway especially since we stayed 3 months. The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue »

Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival.
