Cruise the shoreline with our provided bikes or paddle through the enchanting 1,000 Islands with our kayaks. The property boasts a total of 6 kayaks—4 adult and 2 youth kayaks, along with everything you need to paddle amongst the dolphins and manatees. After your adventures, unwind under your private pergola, enjoying a cocktail or two. Experience comfort, tranquility, and everything that makes Cocoa Beach an amazing town. We're only 6 blocks away from downtown Cocoa Beach, where you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Jackie is such a friendly and accommodating host. All the extra items avaliable for whatever outing you plan - a rolling cart, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and lawn chairs for the beach, and kayaks, carriers, and coolers for paddling. Bikes to ride about town, beach towels to dry off. No detail was overlooked. Such a nice little place with proximity to all the fun. Loved our time there again this year. Thank you Jackie!

Perfect for a couple

The space was perfect for our long weekend in cocoa beach. It was my partner and I and we had all the necessities. Most importantly, the beach was only a few blocks away! Very easy to walk or bike there. We rode our bikes to get food and explore the town. The Dolphin Den is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy the beach or kayaking on the river. Jackie was a very responsive and friendly host. The property was very well maintained and the room was very clean. I would stay again.

Quiet, Clean and Convenient

We enjoyed the ability to ride bikes to the beach and many local restaurants. The space is well appointed with appliances suitable for the space. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella and towels) all provided and easy to find.

This was an amazing stay. I lived in Cocoa Beach for 35 years, and brought my new wife to share the neighborhood. This place had all the amenities and is in walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!

Really loved our stay

This was the perfect location. Really enjoyed that I could walk to the beach and to downtown area. Also the River was so close. Our host Jackie was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and all was well. It was comfortable for what we needed in our stay. I highly recommend it.

Anniversary trip

This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and safe. Jacki was very helpful with giving us directions and tips on good places to check out for food and adventures. She even gave us a coupon to Squid Lips restaurant! Downtown Cocoa Beach is easily bikable, and bicycles are provided. Highly recommend taking the kayaks out to the river! We saw a stingray, manatees, and huge herons! The beach is an easy walk from the property. If you enjoy being active, this place has everything you need!

Perfect place for my wife and I for a little getaway. Place was nice and clean and check in and out was very smooth. Communication was great! Really enjoyed having access to bikes, kayaks, and beach towels umbrellas and chairs. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin Den. Jacki was wonderful and helpful with directions to the river and beach. We enjoyed kayaking and seeing dolphins and manatee. The bikes were wonderful as we were able to ride to the coffee shop, and to the river in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little getaway

We had a great few days at the Dolphin Den. We needed a little getaway and it was just what we needed ! A quick walk to the beach! Bikes and Kayaks available . Jacki was a great host ! The best I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, Kind and very helpful. Was quick to answer any questions and she even gave recommendations for things to do and info on airport shuttles .

A Dolphin Den Delight!

My fiance (new since this trip!) and I stayed at the Dolphin Den for 3 nights, a small studio like apartment that was the perfect slow burn into our main vacation, a cruise! The Dolphin Den was exactly what we needed, a friendly and caring host, coffee, laundry, mini fridge, everything for a beach day, biking or kayaking on the canal! We walked to part of downtown cocoa and the beach on multiple occasions with the beach being 5-10 depending on traffic and restaurants, shops and ice cream 15-20. We really loved the Roku feature, we were able to enter our departure date, sign into whatever streaming service and it signed us out at our departure date! We happen to be cat people and found a very sweet neighborhood cat to spoil, a plus for us. If you are not a cat person no worries, the cat(s) lean more on the skiddish side so unless you lure them in they do not bother you. My fiance kept saying "I could totally live here!" the entire 3 day stay haha. We found the bedding to be very comfortable and relaxing. We would most definitely stay again!

So much to do!!!

Across the street from a school feels very safe. Walking distance to place you can kayak with dolphins! Crazy. Also manitees. Couldn't believe it. Walking distance or bike to beach. Not crowded. Perfect for us looking for adventure. Host is amazing. Can't wait to come back.

One block to the river to kayak among dolphins and manatees - three block to the ocean for sand, sun, and surf. Nice private cottage tucked away on a side street - Jacki was an excellent host, so helpful, and had all the little extras that make for a great stay.
