Beautifully Remodeled Beach Front Home With All New Appliances And Fixtures. Just Added: Fireplace insert and new tiled shower with large shower head! Private path from deck to beach for instant beach access!

Relax and enjoy the ocean from this recently fully remodeled home.

All new stainless steel appliances with a double oven range, side by side refrigerator freezer, quiet dish washer, trash compactor, apron front sink and all new custom built cabinets. All new plumbing and electrical. Bathroom has upgraded fixtures.

All beds have high thread count 100% cotton sheets. All towels are 100% cotton. No synthetics or microfiber used.

This house has one full bathroom and one outside shower.

Curl up in front of the wood burning fireplace for some of those chilly coastal nights. Or stretch out on the sectional and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. The beachfront sunroom’s day bed is the perfect place to watch the waves roll in. Large private deck with plenty of room to entertain friends or have a nice ocean front breakfast. Updated deck furniture for your enjoyment!

Utility room with new washer and dryer and a large entry to kick off your sandy shoes after a long walk on the beach. This home is only steps from the shore with 7 miles of beautiful uncrowded beach. Breathtaking views!

The location of this property is amazing - right on the beach! It really takes advantage of the cie by having a large deck with nice seating as well as a sun porch with a day bed. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, as was the laundry room. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

This little beach house was perfect! Fantastic views from all the important places in the home. Great fireplace, has all the necessities and more. We walked to the little town of Rockaway and walked the beach every day. We loved every bit of our stay.

Perfect Birthday Vacation

We booked this cottage for 4 nights and it was amazing! The views are worth it alone. The house is cozy and has views from almost every room. Nice fireplace, well stocked kitchen and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Highly recommend!

Location Location Location!!

This small house right ON THE BEACH is delightful! Very nicely decorated without being fussy; nice new appliances, a working fireplace, and a beautiful bathroom were pluses! The galley kitchen is a little tight for more than one cook, but just come with someone you love to cook with! The third "bedroom" is a closed-in porch without any real privacy, but would be great for early risers, with it's wide ocean view. We spent a long weekend here in late Feb and it was just swell!

Great getaway

Home was perfect for two couples. Clean and well equipped. Quiet location with excellent view of Ocean and easy access to miles of beach. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shops.There was a music festival on Saturday that was a lot of 😊. Great stay. Be aware that there is not a way to hang clothes in the front bedroom.

Hard to beat this view

Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Bed and cotton linens were great. A few things I would add/change: blackout shades on the south side of the bedrooms (lights left on next door were challenging); loungers on the deck and more size appropriate furniture in the dining room and living room.

Just a wonderful little spot!

This is such a lovely beach house. The decorating was really cute. We had everything we needed. It was just the right size for my husband and me. The deck was marvelous and it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The owner responded to my questions right away. We happened upon “C” who was readying the property. He answered some questions which helped us figure out what we might need to buy for the stay. He was great too. We would return to this place in a heartbeat. My only suggestion would be to provide a box fan or two help circulate the cool night breezes.

Love this house

This was our second time staying here and it was perfect. It rained most of the visit, but we literally spent hours sitting in the sunroom, watching the ocean. So relaxing. The house is perfectly situated, is clean and comfortable and and has everything you need.
