« Lobby and food area appeared clean and the lady checking us in was wonderful. That all changed once we made our way to our room. We were able to see how bad things actually were. « Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. »
