Scandinavian Comfort in Pittsford Barn!

The Danish concept of "hygge" refers to finding comfort, pleasure and warmth in simple, soothing things.

Nestled amongst trees in the village of Pittsford, this historic barn contains a newly renovated one-bedroom suite that is inviting, clean & perfectly located for you to explore the Erie Canal and local sights!

Set up for a cozy twosome, the restful atmosphere of this intimate space is a calm oasis from life.

Please note: minimum 28-day stay required. Stays must begin by 3rd of month.

This suite (approx. 800 sq. ft.) is a separate standalone space in a non-working barn. There are no animals and it is occasionally used for woodworking.

This suite is located in the base of the barn, and the rest of the barn is not accessible to guests. During warm weather there is an outdoor seating area for guest use.

This is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and quiet use of this property is appreciated.

Park ONLY in the driveway of the property. There should be no parking on the street. Thank you.

This is a one-bed property, but if you're coming with 1-2 children, we are happy to provide an airbed with linens for your stay. Please indicate if you have children in your booking message so we know to include the air bed.

Pets welcome if approved - $200/month/pet. Please enquire.

This is NOT a property for hosting gatherings or parties. Thank you.

NO parties or gatherings allowed.

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome but must stay off furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
