Not a useful hotel from this brand
Due to the Colombus day week all the hotels were overbooked and I choose this hotel for this well known brand (I stay often to them). But this hotel was the worst I know from this brand. One evening when I come back from work the warm water was almost cold and I wasn't able to take a shower. I ask the maintenance and he told me that I have to wait that the water tank warmup again. The next morning the temperature was almost as cold as the previous evening so I decided to leave. Breakfeast was nice only the Sunday and quasi inexistant for the other days

I would return for another booking
I went to the front desk and asked for another room. I once again inspected that room for everything and anything, it was all good. We moved into that newer room on the second floor. A few minutes later the front desk receptionist knocked on the door. She informed me that the manager did not want any new lodgers to be housed on the second floor which is scheduled to be upgraded or have maintenance inspections and/or repairs in the next several days. Once again we were moved back up to the 5th floor. I inspected the room and found nothing that would cause another move. This room was once again clean etc. The only reason these situations did not cause me to react in a negative manner - having to complain to whoever, write a one star rant on a feedback site – there was nothing the staff could have been done to prevent these situations. Everything was done to prepare these rooms for occupancy. The rooms were clean nothing was amiss. One cannot predict a clogged toilet nor clogged bath tub drain. Who could predict bugs in a bathroom area where there is no nearby source food? A change in the weather perhaps? The Quality Inn receptionists acted quickly in each case. I gave Quality Inn four stars - I had to throw out my garbage. No one came to ask if we needed anything. A Quality Inn receptionist at the front desk must be notified for more towels, cups or get your garbage thrown out.

Very affordable but there’s a reason for that. The place is average at best. Breakfast is very limited and they don’t do a lot of clean up. It is relatively sketchy there in a sketchy part of town. Not for everybody, but if you’re on a serious budget, go for it. Walls are paper thin, too, between the rooms.

Worked well for one night stay
While not the prettiest, nor in the nicest location, this was more than adequate for a one night stay near the airport and sports facilities in town. Negatives: Elevator had damage to ceiling and walls, our door reader fell off (but was operational), and floors were not the cleanest. Some tenants didn’t adhere to no-smoking policies (despite clear signage throughout the buildings). Parking lot felt hidden away and unsafe, but didn’t have any issues. The bathroom was extremely small, and hard to be in use with the door open. Positives: Beds were clean and made, lights, TV, and outlets worked as expected and bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. The breakfast was provided on time and lobby / eating area was enough to accommodate those who used it. AC was cool, room was quiet enough even with proximity to lift and stairs.

Is not bed. But let them work on making the bedsheets clean. When l came in there. The sheets where not clean enough. The night shift girl have to help me to change it to a new one. This property was dirty. I found dirt in my rooms, as well as clumps of hair that weren't mine. There was a hole in the wall, the sheets were stained. The stairs and "gym" were flooded so there were just puddles of water around, and they have no bath tubs available to use. All of their bathtubs have no stopper making it impossible to bath. When I asked if I could be moved to a room that did have a bath, they said all of their tubs were like that. When I asked what about families traveling with small children, they just shrugged and then warned me that if I tried to make a stopper and the tub overflowed that they would charge me a lot of money. Which I found ridiculous that they would yell and threaten me like that. Horrible place, I wish I never stayed there and I wish I could get my money back.

In booking this hotel my expectation wasn't really high, to begin with, but it wasn't a great stay. When we first came in, we turned the AC on, and it was great! it was freezing when we came back so we turned it off and after that we had trouble with the AC all night. It looked on but kept turning off and we had to get up several times in the middle of the night to try and fix it, but it didn't work. The carpet in the hallway and room were stained. it looks like the cleaning person did not do a thorough clean because they was still a towel left hung up the shower and hair around the sink area. the last annoying thing was that breakfast was included from 7-10 by the time we came down to try and grab something everything was done except an orange. Again, my expectation wasn't that it would be a high-end breakfast but at least enough food for the expected guest that are staying there but that was not the case. lastly, the elevator was very dirty and damaged. the corners of the panel walls were broken, and the floor was dirty and sticky. not clean at all. I would not stay at this one again.

Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
