When we decided to stay another night due to bad weather, we were told it would cost $109. My card was charged $150. When checking out, i stood at the desk for over 10 mins and nobody came out. A food server walked by and asked if anyone has come out, i advised no, she asked if i was checking out, i advised yes, she wrote my room number down on a sticky note and said she would pass it along. That made me feel uneasy, so while i was on the road, i called hotel to make sure i was checked out, and immediately when lady answered, i was asked to hold. I did finally get my answer, but not impressed by customer service at all.
