I had zero complaints. My second time staying here! It was clean, comfy and the restaurant next door helped big time. I also appreciated the breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again!!

We stayed for one night while visiting Manhattan over the weekend. It was about 40-50 minutes drive from Times Square and easy to get to. We found our rooms and bathrooms clean. Beds were comfortable. AC was working. Breakfast was decent and included, Danish pastries, cupcakes, bread (option to toast), scrambled eggs, flavored yogurt, fountain juices, coffee and cereal. Staff is polite and helpful. Property is in slight disrepair and the hot water in the morning was intermittent at times but neither of these posed a big problem for us. One of the two elevators wasn't working which was inconvenient especially in the morning when people wanted to get breakfast or take bags down for check out.

Only one of the elevators worked and it was unpredictable at best. Just really old and in need of updates. Clean and the staff was OK. Breakfast was lackluster.

I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks and I really found it to be an excellent place to stay. During my stay there were no issues at all and it was relatively idyl and peaceful. The hotel staff is also superb and very friendly, and their etiquette is phenomenal. Also close to Garden State Plaza mall so that’s a plus. A bus stop to NYC is just right outside.

The toilet overflowed at 3am and water was all over the bathroom floor. The desk clerk came and said we would get a refund. When I called the manager on returning home, the clerk denied hat there was any water on the floor.

Everything was great except sleeping time it was loud with the cars around us so it was hard to sleep but overall was great

I appreciated the cleanliness of the towels and linens and the bathroom. However the carpet was worn, dirty and musky. The breakfast area needs upgrading also.
