Belle chambre tranquille et spacieuse. Seuls deux points à noter: climatiseur bruyant et tapis un peu salé dans la chambre. Pour le reste, tout est ok!

We do not offer any rooms with full-size fridges; however, we do own 2 industrial-size fridges and 3 industrial-size freezers and we are always willing to store items for guests if they will not fit into the advertised micro-fridge.Every room does come with a microwave. They are located in the cabinet next to the micro-fridge. We apologize that you were unaware of this. Our front desk team is always available to help our guests 24 hours a day.Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback. My stay was very comfortable. It improved since the last time we . We stopped staying there because it needed upgrading. Shower tiles weren't clean. Nothing some elbow grease and regular cleaning wouldnt cure.

Our reservation was for 3 pm, and although the gentleman apoligized , he informed all the people in the lobby that our rooms were not ready. Had to wait an addtional hour before our rooms were ready.Everything else was nice and our room was clean.Just feel they need to hire more housekeeping staff. Thank you

They had strange rules posted on the door stating they would not rent rooms to anyone with an address within a certain mile radius. It immediately made me question the area.

I didnt like the beds they were very uncomfortable. I have a back problem, the other two adults do not, however they woke up with their backs hurting. Mine was so bad, i had to skip out on a day of activities with my grandsons because i could barely move. I didnt appreciate the desk clerk when i went to the desk at 10:30 p.m. because there were about 15 to 29 kids running up and down the hall yelling and screaming they ranged from about 1 year old to 10 yrs old. My grandchildren were sleeping and us adults trying to. After about 30 minutes of this i went to the from desk to ask the staff to speak with the parents as it was disturbing my familie's sleep. She stated they are just kids, i said i know that, however, there is no excuse for this at 10:30 p.m. when people are sleeping. Her response was they are just kids they are going to be leaving. Quite frankly, i dont cRe when they were leaving, i didnt want my grandchildren awaken and feel this was not appropiate at 10:30 p.m. so i told her either you can say something to them or i can call the police. She rolled her eyes at me. Maybe so eone else might not think $411.00 hotel bill for 3 nights usnt bad, however when you are on a budget and had to pinch pennies to make a vacation happen for you autistic grandchildren, you shoulnt have to put up with the noise or the attitude. Because of this one staff member and horrible uncomfortable beds i will not patronage your hotels again. Highly disappointed.

We love staying at this hotel when we are in Roanoke. Their staff, their facilities fit what we need. We started staying there in 2020 and make sure to book in advance when we know that it is a "big" weekend in Roanoke so that we can stay there.
