« Very clean, very adequate. Super close to so much, yet not on the main road. Back in the woods, no thru traffic. Maintained very well. Will stay at again when we visit again. Super easy check out, not having to do everything before you leave, just take our your trash, put towels in hamper and start dishwasher... Simple! Y'all gotta go to Peck's Old Port Seafood in Ozello, it's awesome. We also went to the Mertailor Aquarium and Mermaid show.. LOVED IT!! Great place to stay!! »

« The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Teddi goes above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need including info about restaurants etc. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again someday. »

« This house looks newly renovated. The kitchen appliances are impressive, as is the entire house. The bed was super comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality. The location is close to anything you need yet far enough out to be away from traffic. Parking is large enough for a truck and boat trailer useful as the boat ramp is only five minutes away. »

« When we arrived there was a vehicle in the driveway that had no tags and took up most of the driveway thank goodness we were only 1 vehicle. No big deal we can get over that but then we go in and the place is dirty food crumbs in the fridge microwave was dirty bathroom mirror had tooth paste on it and the list could go on, his defense was he cleaned it himself and took the cleaning fee. No professional cleaner cleans here and definitely not sanitized to standards to protect you from other...

« I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years that fell short of expectations. Not this one! This rental was without a doubt the cleanest room I’ve ever rented. Tina and Randall were very welcoming upon my arrival and made me feel at home. Everything about the rental was wonderful. It worked great for what I was in the area to do. Had great conversations with my hosts and was offered many tips on great places to dine. I feel I’ve made some new friends! Highly recommend. No disappointments! »

« We enjoyed our two week stay! House was clean, bed was super comfy, lots of hot water, a/c - heat worked great! Kitchen supplies were sufficient. Enjoyed seeing deer, wild boar, listening to the wonderful birds while being able to sit near beautiful blue water. What more could we ask for! »

« Sharon was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was very well stocked and everything was labeled. I especially loved the coffee maker being in the master bedroom. If we go back to Inverness we will try to stay here again. »
