We choose and train our staff following strict criteria. Customer orientation and a personalized service are essential to achieving maximum satisfaction among our guests and we are sad that during your stay we did not accomplish our goal with you. On the other hand, allow us to inform you that we have a policy where it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds and in the event someone reserves them for more than one hour without using them, our staff will kindly remove towels and personal items from them. We regret that some of our guests do not follow this policy well, however, we can assure you that everyday our staff does everything in their hands to verify this internal policy is being followed. Although it would appear this was not the perfect fit for you, we hope you will join us again at one of our many other beautifully located Iberostar hotels for your next holiday.Best regards,
