« The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!! But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. « Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again. »

« Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

« Friendly staff and very clean. When we first arrived, we just missed social hour, but the lady serving up the appetizers offered all that they had left to us. We actually ate that for supper and watched two of our favorite TV shows in the lobby. Very sweet people! Great experience! »
