« As we walked in to the lobby, we were greeted by Amy. She was so friendly and helpful! And a little bit after we got settled in our room she teext and ask if there was anything we needed. ! Our view from the room was the river which was so nice to wake up to. This is our favorite place to come! »

« There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return. »
