« We have stayed here on our anniversary the past three years. Had never been to Palm Springs and booked a quick trip down in 2022 and never looked back. The owner is very responsive, helpful and kind. The property is older, but clean. Each year it seems to be better than the year before. The price could not be better and I risk writing this and having it not be so secret anymore! We love the location, the pool and the privacy as well. »

« Stayed in area for kids who go to Chapman. Good communication, comfy beds and easy check in. Appreciated the quick check ins from owners. Place slightly older and does not look as nice as we expected on the outside especially coming in at night and trying to find parking. « The room and instructions to enter were perfect. We could walk everywhere as the property is ideally located in downtown Palm Springs. Super clean. Communication with property owner/manager was fast and very friendly. « Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...
