« Perfect location, terrible property. The historic nature of it is cool, but still disappointed by what we experienced here. Staff was decent, Mack the night attendant was the best. The chef who won them a couple Michelin Plates (stars for hotels) is no longer employed here, and they no longer offer dinner service at all.
This is NOT a 5 star hotel for those who have stayed in one before. When I brought up our experience to the manager, he said “Well, we are not a self professed 5 star hotel”....

« Chambre propre, hôtel très bien situé avec une belle promenade le long de la rivière. Personnel top et très réactif. Notre problème de nuisance de la chambre voisine à 3h du matin a été réglé très rapidement par la sécurité de l’hôtel.
