It was really good, the only thing I noticed was how smokers disrespected the property by using the ground as an ash tray. As a smoker myself shame on you, if you only had to clean up the grounds yourself.

The bed literally fell apart and collapsed
I stayed in room 326 in January for 1 night and the bed collapsed and I rolled out of the bed hitting my face on the night stand. I weigh around 235 so not small but the queen bed should easily handle my weight.

They had a bunch of hockey players/parents this weekend, and they made a huge mess of the pool, throwing liquor bottles everywhere, and it wasn't cleaned up for hours. It really made the pool area unsanitary and disgusting. I really wish the staff kicked the kids and parents out for their behavior.

While staying here we encountered the most disgusting bedding we have ever seen. After a long day the last thing you want to find when you pull the bedding back is dirty sheets. Multiple blood spots about 4”-5” each assuming from menstrual bleeding on the fitted. Not like that wasn’t enough. More brownish stains on the flat sheet. The staff member at the front desk was very apologetic and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, there were not more suites available so we had to downgrade to a double full room instead. Then of course we check the room before moving our things. And what do we find? Another bed without fresh bedding. The front desk staff was quick to act and yet again move us. But, before doing so she checked the room with us. Of course there were complaints made. We were in the end compensated the entire cost of our 2 night stay. THIS IS ONE PLACE I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN.

They were understanding about my pet. I searched Expedia pet friendly. Radisson popped up. When I arrived they mentioned only small dogs. The front desk staff understood that the error was a miscommunication thru Expedia's search, so they were fine with it. My cat is chill, doesn't scratch, so they allowed it. Even let me extend the checkout time, as I was busy until 2:00 PM. So my cat was safe in the room until I concluded school that day.

The parking situation is horrible and the front desk staff was the worst ever. We reserved a king bed and got a bed with 2 queens, the front desk gal was rude AF and refused to make any effort to make the situation better.

My stay at the River Falls Radisson was wonderful! The lobby, elevators, hallways and room were all very clean but did not have an overly antiseptic smell. The hotel was nice and quiet at night and the beds and pillows were so comfy....I had 3 amazing, restful nights! Breakfast was busy, very well served and yummy. I look forward to future stays at the Radisson when visiting the area. Thank-you!

I am sure the property was very nice as we have stayed there before but when we got there our reservation had been cancelled, even though I keep receiving confirmations and questions about my stay. We had to stay somewhere else because there were no more rooms.

The property was top notch in a beautiful small city. This was a great central spot to launch day trips. Not sure how the hotel deals with recycling, so I can’t comment on eco friendliness.

My wife had to go to the hospital because she was not feeling good i was at work and we have a family dog with us the staff watched the dog Dixie and made her feel safe. The staff did a great job with Dixie. I have the utmost respect for all the staff here great job guys and thank you you are all superstars
