I was pleasantly surprised. It still has the old econolodge sign up but it has been completely remodeled. Everything in the room was new and it smelled like a new house. The area is very safe, I grew up nearby so I can say that with certainty.

They ran out of towels which was unfortunate and breakfast wasnt put out, and they were out of alot of things but overall it was was a nice and comfortable weekend.

Terrible hotel choice. No elevator to room, seems to be under construction. Hotel clerk was not visible for quite awhile to check us in. We had to wait for her to show up.Terrible lobby, disorganized, no breakfast as advertised. Do not stay here.

Property is in transition from “Econo Lodge”. Lobby smelled of vomit. Clerk was overwhelmed. We reserved a king bed room and found the bathroom had no bath towels, stained/dirty bath-mat and the toilet seat was “fouled”… the bed’s pillows (2, small) had no pillow cases, and the carpet had what looked like mulch in it… not vacuumed whatsoever. It took over 90 minutes and two visits to the desk to get pillows, cases and towels. Very poor service.

I like the hotel but went threw expedia the people didn't know how to use the computer to book me in then i used my debit card to pay buy they wanted a card with my name on it but a card a card when they take all your information down but very decent place to stay very clean

Nothing was satisfactory. First room had not been cleaned. Second room, the TV had no service, towels and toilet paper were needed. Staff took 2.5 hours to check out the problem, after going to the desk several times to ask about the issues.

I would not recommend this hotel in its current state. They are in the process of remodeling so it may get better. The rooms are renovated and clean. They had nice queen size mattresses which were comfortable. The first room we were assigned however did not have linens on the beds so we were moved to another room. The lady at the desk apologized. While inside the room was clean and nice, the outside area was dirty with trash laying around. There was not much for breakfast except for a free packaged items. It was also very loud (could hear other people) outside our room in the middle of the night for quite awhile.

My son and I were traveling, and I booked the room online. No where did it mention it was under construction. I understand construction and it's great that they are fixing things up. However apon arrival the girl told us that there would still be a cold breakfast and coffee and juice. I'm a diabetic and I booked this place for the breakfast, cause I need to eat in the morning. I went down to grab something at 7 am where I was met by the daylight shift hostess who informed me that there was no breakfast at all. No coffee..nothing. We are leaving early to go spend money on a breakfast we intended on having here. I would like my breakfast bill paid by the hotel and we will be square.

Never Again
First impressions was it was recently remodeled and nice. I went to turn on some lights and realized there were no light bulbs in the lights except 1 bulb between the beds. I turned on the tv, and there was just 1 channel the rest had no signal. Went to get a shower and there was no shower curtain. To their credit they did replace those before I got back that evening. I did not notice till later the sticky coffee stain on the table, the drywall dust all over the top of the HVAC unit, the long black hair on the pillow, or the half empty shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower till the next morning. Oh, and never got that shower. No hot water either.

We left after 1 hour! It was absolutely disturbing to be there. There was construction happening in the hotel and a man who didn’t speak English tried to enter the room to change the locks. There were no bath towels and when I asked they had none. No elevator to carry luggage We had to walk a flight of steps with luggage. There were people doing drugs there passing in the halls. It was absolutely terrible I wouldn’t leave my dogs there.

Nice enough
My stay was good, except for when maintenance guy coming to change the door locks. I stayed for 9 days and my towels and toilet paper was not refreshed. Someone did come in and take off my trash and vacuum the floors, but they didn’t give me clean towels or toilet paper and I ran out!

Awful!
Remodeling, our room was clean, only had half a roll of toilet paper, no fresh towels-none at all, a used bottle of shampoo in the shower. Blankets on bed where so thin had to turn up the heat high to keep warm.

They were going through some renovations so one side wasn't in order. other than a few cosmetic flaws it was pretty clean and overall a good place to stay

They called 4pm the DAY OF to cancel my reservation that I made online a week before. Inconvenience to say the least. I got told I would receive a call from the manager when she came in to verify that I wasn't going to be charged a fee for the cancellation. Never received the call so I called them. They didn't answer the first time the second time they finally answered and said I wasn't charged but would get the manager to call me. Still yet to get a call. Very unprofessional.

The hotel was difficult to get into and the room was horrific. There were holes in the walls and bathroom door, the tub was dirty, the internet was inaccessible even after getting a "password" from the front desk. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Besides having dirty carpet, which didn't like it had been swept, the room was missing a mattress cover, shampoo, soap and other essentials. The front desk person did come to our rescue.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that did not provide blankets. Both beds were made up the same - white sheet, top thin cover, and nothing between. I had traveled 12 hours that day and was exhausted so did not report it. After an uncomfortable night in a poorly cleaned room, left before 6am. Would not recommend this site.

Wouldn’t stay here twice-one was enough.
The young lady that checked us in was very nice and tried to help as she could. As for the room…it was spacious but we noticed that one of the garage cans had not been emptied when the room was cleaned. Also, we had ONLY two bath towels-not a single hand towel or wash cloth. When I went to get those, I was told their laundry was ‘broken’ and they’re utilizing the laundry facilities at another local hotel. She was able to come up with 1 more bath towel and 2 wash cloths, but no hand towels. Overall, I can say that I will look elsewhere before booking here again.

Bathroom was filthy dirty.. the carpet was very dirty. This place needs maintenance and updating. Very disappointing to stay. If it had not been soo late-- would have gone somewhere else to stay.

Place was a wreck! Only if you need a place to stay and everything else is sold out. Walls weren’t all painted, counter in the bathroom was falling off the base. Tub had a crack in it. The outdoor area around the property shows the neglect of the property.

Very dated, might get cleaned regularly but it’s old so you can’t really tell. Room smells of cat pee. If you’ve stayed at an EconoLodge lately you’re familiar, all of them I’ve seen are similar condition.

Room was ok, clean for the most part. Found a booger on the side of the sheet when we done our usual bed bug check. Staff was awesome.
