« The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay! »

« My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible. »

« Had a great stay! The location was great with easy access to stores, coffee shops and Frazier Street. A free bluegrass fest was held at Ross Landing during our stay which was a quick walk across the bridge. We would stay here again. »

« From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely transported. The main room is lovingly themed after the Green Dragon Inn, and it truly felt like we'd just walked into the heart of the Shire. With its rustic charm, inviting hearth, and intricate, immersive details, it was easy to imagine hobbits gathering for laughter, music, and second breakfasts.The house felt like a treasure hunt in the best possible way. Around every corner were new surprises, thoughtful touches, and magical details...

« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use.
