- Street parking is available in front (always free, less congested after 5pm), with
additional access to a well-lit private parking lot behind the townhome equipped with motion detection sensors at night. Guests entitled to one parking space.

This is done to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and the property with extra protection.
