The stay was good. 1. Toilet seat was broken 2. Bed was way to close to AC. Blowed directly on the bed. 3. Shower needs non slip floor.

We stayed in a double queen suite which also had a sofa to sleep on with a trundle bed. The room was spacious, and my kids were thrilled that they could each have their own bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with several options, and items were continually restocked. The indoor pool was nice for the kids. There were a few areas where housekeeping could improve, but overall it was clean. We felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Nice accommodations, comfortable bed and pillows, well stocked, and clean. Our king suite was nice with enough room to not feel cramped but the price was reasonable.

Great hotel! Modern amenities, comfy bed and spacious. Location is great with lots of dinner options. Farm to Fork restaurant is in walking distance.

No hot water the first night. No hot tub at the pool area. No person to help at the front desk as they were going room to room to fix tv's ours wasn't working as well. Breakfast was nasty.

Overall this hotel was a great stay for traveling through or business in the area. The staff at check-in was awesome, great customer service and very helpful. The issue was the cleanliness of the room, there was white gunk on the couch and ottoman. The room clearly had kids before as there was food and small broken toys on the floor. The bathroom was very nice and the best super comfortable!

Good stay, badly designed room.
Front desk staff was great. The room design tried for fancy and achieved weird/bad instead. All 3 beds face the semi-transparent bathroom door. The shower is a clear glass box. This is an uncomfortable design decision for most families that need the 3 beds in the room.
