This sunny studio is located just few steps from the Art Noveau quarter, with plenty of restaurants, parks and museums within walking distance.
The Old Town is located 20 minute walk from the apartment (through the beautiful Art Noveau quarter and Bastion Hill park), or you can take a bus - bus stop is just 170m from the apartment.

This studio apartment includes:

- A double bed (160cm) with pillows and fresh bed linen;
- fast internet;
- a kitchen equipped with an electric stove (2 burners), microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, pot and a pan, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils;
- dining table which can also be used as a workspace for home office needs;
- washing machine and a drying rack;
- portable fan;
- bathroom with a shower, shampoo, towels and hairdryer;
- iron and ironing board.


We provide self check-in with a keybox.

Guests will have full access to entire unit.

The apartment is located just 2 minute walk from the famous Alberta and Elizabetes streets, which have the most impressive Art Noveau architecture in Riga.
There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

The Old Town is 1.5km from the apartment, which you can reach by walking through the beautiful Art Noveau quarter and Bastion Hill park.

There is a bus stop 170m from the apartment (bus stop name "Hanzas iela"), from which you can take a bus directly to the Bastion Hill park (4 minute bus ride) or Central Train station (7 minute bus ride).

There are a couple of grocery stores nearby:
- RIMI (the largest) on Pulkveža Brieža iela, 450 meters;
- MAXIMA (medium sized), on Pulveža Brieža iela, 400 meters, but opposite direction;
- BŪŅAS - a small grocery store mainly selling locally produced goods, 500 meters from the apartment, on the way to the Old Town.


Other places in the neighborhood:
- Hanzas persons, 280 meters. Hosts different concerts and events;
- Arena Riga, 1.4km. Largest arena in Latvia, hosts concerts and sporting events;
- Skonto Halle, 650m. Hosts different sporting events.

- Andrejosta quarter (art and entertainment quarter by the Daugava river), 900m.

The bus stop is located only 170m from the apartment.

There is paid street parking available by the building. It costs 3.00 EUR/h, it is for free on workdays from 20:00-08:00, on Saturdays from 17:00 and whole Sunday is for free.
A parking lot available 50m from the apartment (fees apply).

Apartment is located on the third floor floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.


The apartment has some visual imperfections and is waiting for a fresh coat of paint. It is located in an older building.
There is a designated space for bicycles in the inner courtyard.

There have been pets living in the apartment previously, so it is not suitable for people with allergies.
