Les gens sont dévoués, le déjeuner était moyen. La piscine était prete et propre mais aucun parasol.Les chambres au RC sont grandes.

The property was unable to verify reservations due to their system being down. We are told they could not accommodate us. After pleading and begging to allow us to stay we were given a room with no television.

I only stayed because of the reviews here but maybe I picked a wrong day or something. My room was gross. Very organized and things were wiped down but there was strands of hair in my bathroom, blue rose petals still by my bed with red glitter, these weird red stains on the wall, the mattress had yellow stains, the room service phone didn’t work at all, microwave was nasty, and no shower curtain in my bathroom at all. The walls were peeling and I just felt gross. The ONLY reason I didn’t go to the front desk to complain was because I was staying for one night and I could bear it. And those two girls in the front looked like they didn’t want to be bothered anyway so I left things alone. But I promise I do not recommend staying here personally. I would say this hotel is a hit or miss.

The staff were great and very accommodating when we pointed out a problem with the toilet. The location is nice even with the busy streets around it.

The TV in the first room we in did not work, however they did move us to another room. In the second room, the shower and toilet did not drain correctly. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Ice machine on our floor was not working.

I travel quite a lot and this is the best hotel I have found. I will always return when heading south through Jackson on my way to the Emerald Coast, Gulf Coast and New Orleans. This hotel offers great service with a super friendly staff that goes above and beyond in a nice clean well managed hotel in a great area! The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is hot with many options AND it is right off of I-55! I have stayed here twice now, both stays were exceptional! Not only that, but the price is right. Stay here, and look no further.

The likes was many reasons. Friendly serve, cleanliness, the convenience to a shopping area. The only negative reason is that my room was located in a nosey part of the first floor. I could hear the cars on the interstate and people entering into the building. Rooms on the first floor are not good for me.

The people working a t this location were wonderful! They were really pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice. The bathroom was not so much. There was no water pressure inthe shower. The water sort of drizzled out, and the shower floor was not really clean. Because this was a handicapped room, Ii was surprised. I would stay here again, but I would check out the water problem as soon as I arrived.
