« This property was nice. We had multiple rooms that were being used. The room that had only a king bed with a couch was a little snug. All the rooms had kitchens. The 2 queen beds had good space with a dinning table but the 2 bedroom suite was the best. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. « I'm glad I came across the Scholars Apartment while visiting family. The communication, cleanliness, and furnishings are wonderful. The beds are amazing! This is definitely a favorite and top choice for my next visit. »

« Our 5 day stay was excellent! Location for our activities was very convenient.One recommendation: the addition of a pole lamp by the sofa would be more relaxing at night in place of the bright overhead lighting. Guests who like to read could do so with the overhead lights off. »

« the apartment was nice and well decorated. i wasnt given any check out instructions so I wasn't quite sure what to do when I left. Also the locks on the door were confusing and didn't always actually lock so it didn't feel super secure. there were ants in the kitchen. the road it is on is very narrow so it can be hard to get in and out of the parking spaces. but overall it wasn't a bad stay for the budget at all. »

« Great location. Nice clean place. Only bad thing was the bed is TERRIBLE. A single person has slept in the bed for a long time so there is a permanent dent in the middle which makes it very hard to sleep with someone. »

« This house was an amazing surprise. Nicest neighborhood in Richmond that we never knew existed. The house is completely new on the inside and only minutes from the EKU campus. Only regret is that we wish we knew about this house before so we could have stayed there many more times. »
