La propriété est le deuxiÚme étage d'un condominium de 2 unités, avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes, cuisine gastronomique, salle à manger, grand salon et solarium avec une vue imprenable sur le monument Jefferson Davis et tout ce que Monument Avenue a à offrir. 2500 pieds carrés d'espace élégamment décoré avec de magnifiques lustres partout et une immense salle de bain principale en marbre. Comprend l'accÚs à un charmant espace extérieur dans la cour avant et au porche arriÚre avec barbecue. Des restaurants, des bars et des activités familiales, dont des musées, sont facilement accessibles à pied. AccÚs facile à toutes les zones du métro RVA. Perfect Place for a Weekend Wedding

Wow. Just wow. My family was so impressed with this beautiful flat. So much room to relax. Clean and comfortable. I've stayed in places in the past where the pictures "cleverly" make the space look better than it it. It was the opposite here! The rooms were absolutely stunning- somehow better than the pictures showed. Thank you Laura!

Amazing place

The home is perfect for the Richmond experience. The neighborhood is historical and in the perfect location to visit the historical sites of the city. Comfort and beauty describe the house best. The architecture and furnishings are fantastic and lead the imagination to wonder about life in the early 1900s.At the top of the list for our next trip back. Laura Lee is a great host!

Beautiful flat in a great location

We had a great stay in Richmond. I had a work event at the Museum of History and Culture and brought my kids and parents. They enjoyed the science museum and children’s museum. All close walking distance (fine arts, too, but we didn’t make it on this trip). The apartment is beautiful, historic, and well-appointed. Laura was friendly and communicative. We hope to come back!

Family reunion in Richmond

Halfway between NY and Fort Lauderdale, Richmond was well located in general and this appt was just right for us. Comfortable, spacious and clean, with many points of interest nearby and easy parking, four adults and a toddler had a fine weekend here.

Great pick

Turned out perfect size ( 2 couples & a single adult) for lounging—terrific communal space! Also great location—people watching on Monument St. & walkable to lots of restaurants/stores. Very nicely appointed—we did not really cook much ( just breakfast really) but did not want for anything. Would definitely stay there again if going to Richmond.

Fantastic Flat in RVA!

I booked this flat for several out-of-state colleagues and it was perfect. The location was excellent and the flat itself was great! Clean, well decorated and tons of space. Owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too. Look forward to renting again!

Fabulous location, easy access and plenty of keys made available to our group, excellent communication with host. Beds were pretty comfortable, bathrooms were large and updated. Laura Lee’ place was great, everything you would want in a VRBO. Comfy beds, nice towels and bed linens. Great water pressure in the showers, water gets nice and hot! Fully stocked kitchen and above all else, CLEAN!! Place was spotless and well care for, will be back!

Wonderful VRBO in Fan District

Our stay in Richmond was wonderful! This 2nd story rental is wonderful! We each had a bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated, and the towels great quality! The kitchen was very well equipped and so easy to cook in! The flat was beautifully decorated! On top of all this, the location is great!! We went to 3, within walking distance, restaurants which was so nice to be able to walk in a historical neighborhood. We were able to park our car in front of the rental. We used Uber several times and that was very convenient.
