Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or building. Guests are welcome to smoke on the porch and should use the provided ashtray. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. The thermostat is located in a separate unit; please message us for adjustments. One parking spot is available in the backyard.
