THE GARAGE IS LOCKED AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. YOU MAY PARK UP TO 4 VEHICLES IN THE DRIVEWAY.

ONE 2ND FLOOR BEDROOM IS LOCKED AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE.

NOTE: THE PRIMARY BATHROOM JACUZZI JETS ARE NOT IN SERVICE; HOWEVER, THE TUB REMAINS FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND CAN BE USED FOR A RELAXING SOAKING BATH.

IF PETS ARE ALLOWED, PET FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING.

NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE as this is a non-smoking home.

SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.

FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.

To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
