There is no BBQ grill, the house had 2 pans and 1 spatula and 1 spoon. The eating utensils were appetizer plates, forks, butter knife, spoons and 4 glass cups. The cabinets were falling off and peeling. The floors were sticky in the kitchen, there were crumbs everywhere that lead ants all over. We checked in which was easy, kind of a pain to have to turn both door...

« The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries. »
