It took almost an hour to get checked in because the front desk man had no idea what he was doing. He was also trying to double charge me and another customer who was in front of me. In addition to him being very disrespectful and asking if me and another customer wanted to stay somewhere else because we were all frustrated and very disgusted by his poor customer service. Iâve traveled to many hotels around the world and this was one of the worst experiences ever. HIGHLY donât recommend coming here.
