The property features both a fixed dock and a floating dock with deep-water access. The water is approximately 16 feet deep at high tide, and the dock remains accessible by boat even at low tide under normal conditions. Guests can also enjoy fishing from and around the dock, with redfish and black drum commonly found in the area. Whether you’re bringing a boat, spending the day fishing, or simply relaxing by the water, the dock is a great way to enjoy the river during your stay.
