« This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return. »

« This property was good for mine and my boyfriend’s trip to Savannah, but there were for sure some downsides. Highs: perfect size for two adults, no-contact check-in, body care items provided, washer/dryer, full-sized kitchen, fair price, quiet. Lows: contact with the host was very poor and we didn’t receive the check-in information until less than 20 hours prior to our stay, no comforter (only had a fitted sheet and thin top sheet) and missing a pillow case on the bed so it was difficult to...

« The home was everything my family needed! Just missing a few small amenities- cooking oil/cooking spray and listed laundry detergent, small inconveniences. Overall, great experience and great location for both Savannah and Tybee Island! »

« I enjoyed celebrating a birthday. The location was a little far from the center of historic Savannah but easily accessible by Uber when the weather was not cooperative for walking. The authenticity of the location, with large trees, a wide, clean street, and amenities, was perfect for a getaway with friends. »

« Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean. »

« My cousins and I had a wonderful stay at the Parsonage at Forsyth!! Its a beautiful house, very comfortable, plenty of space and we loved sitting on the front porch. We also took advantage of the pool on Tybee Island for one day. It was also very nice, plenty of chairs and places to sit, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit in the future :). »

« My sister and I stayed at this cute cottage on our recent visit to Savannah. We wanted to stay in the historic district and this property gave us access to Forsyth Park. The fact that it offered its own parking place made it even better. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Savannah, give this cottage a look. Brandon and Chase were great hosts who touched base to make sure we didn't have issues. Thanks guys! »

« property was nice beds were comfortable, quick 2 night stay for a funeral will come back like the neighborhood. now for the downs not horrible but just suggestions not enough towels no face clothes only 2 hand towels for 6 people and 5 towels, after reading other reviews we bought our own towels and face clothes, also tiki torches or something to try to keep mosquitos from attacking to enjoy the nice courtyard otherwise i would return oh yes do not lock any doors maybe 1 skeleton key near...

« We stayed a night for a girls trip. More than enough beds to fit us five girls. The neighborhood was quiet and historical. Very cute! Some of the pictures are deceiving such as the upstairs and deck set up. But all in all it worked for the night and we were happy. »

« We appreciated the ground level entry into home. Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all our needs. Loved getting up early & be able to sit outside w coffe, book & my dog being in fenced in area. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The row house was clean and had great character! The ONLY drawback was no WiFi. I’m a teacher, and I had a little work to do that required internet. I made it though, so no big concern. The home is awesome! We hope to return soon! »
