« Loved this rental! Raquel was easy to communicate with for any questions we had. The place was very clean, which I appreciate and I am very picky about cleanliness. This rental had everything we needed, it is very well thought out. I would definitely recommend it to families, it’s very kid friendly: outlet covers, baby gate available for stairs, step stools for sinks and even toddler toilet seats. The location is great too, an easy 20 minute drive into Historic Savannah and right down the road...

« House was perfect for our needs. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed back yard for our 2 small dogs. Well lit exterior with a clean and modern interior. Plenty of local places to eat within 5-10 minute drive. »

« All in all it was a very nice place for my family and easy access to Savannah. Adding hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful and perhaps raising the theater screen a bit. We had a few issues with losing power due to the storm (not owners fault) and AC went out which was fixed within 24 hours through owner. Excellent communication. We would rent from them again. »

« Nice little place everything was labeled so you knew where to find things. The ac kept going up to 78 even when taken off auto. We would wake up in the middle of the night sweating and have to turn it back down. That was the only quirk The fridge was half full of ensure and boost shakes of some sort which was odd but we didn’t need a lot of room so no big deal. Decent location from downtown. Beautiful drive through streets covered with mossy oaks to get there. »

« Great property for a family with kids. Great backyard to play in. There are games for the kids in the living room. Kitchen has plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and wash clothes in the closet. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. Enjoyable place to rest in between our daughters competitions. »

« This house was perfect for our bachelorette group, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a plus for us since the weather wasn’t the greatest. The screened in area was also another great space to hang out in. You do need to make sure to follow the rules with quiet hours since it is a quiet neighborhood. The backyard has many activities/space. Would love to come again and utilize those. Great spot for larger group vacations and has so much to offer right at the house. »

« We travel for work and pleasure about 250 days a year and stay in VRBO or Hotel chains. This host and property deserves a 10 out of 10. Communication was excellent any problems that arose were handled immediately. The pool was exceptional and I say this I have a pool and we also install sports turf on sport fields which the pool is surrounded by turf. I just found out i have a bone tumor in my left leg and have had knee replacement, my mother in law is on a walker and my husband worked 15 hr...

« Clean quiet neighborhood close to groceries and fuel. 20 minutes from Savannah and 40 minutes from Tybee Island. Nice having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. »
