Calma Luxury Villas are located in the beautiful area of Kolymbia on the island of Rhodes, a privileged location ideal for summer holidays, surrounded by popular tourist resorts and some of the islands most beautiful beaches. The property consists of two identical luxury villas built side by side, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a relaxing holiday experience.


Each villa features a spacious open-plan ground floor where the kitchen and living room are combined. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, along with a large island-style counter that also functions as a dining space. Next to the kitchen is the comfortable living area with a large sofa suitable for up to five guests and a TV. Large glass doors allow plenty of natural light and provide a beautiful view of the pool and outdoor area. A bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.


A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The first bedroom features a large double bed, wardrobe, safe box, TV, and a big sofa that can be used as an additional bed of an extra guest. It also has a private balcony with a small table and chairs overlooking the pool and mountain. The second bedroom has two large single beds that can be joined to create a double bed, along with a wardrobe and TV. The large bathroom on this floor includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, while shampoo and shower gel are provided for free.


Outside, guests can enjoy a large private swimming pool with a shallow area suitable for children and two hydromassage spots. Around the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a shaded pergola area with a barbecue and outdoor dining space. The entire property is enclosed for privacy and comfort.
