The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful »

« Beautiful home with ocean views. perfect location.stayed here for uri graduation ; outdoor deck with grill and plenty of property for a gathering. Large kitchen on 3rd floor viewing the ocean large master suite; 2nd floor with another sitting room multiple bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms 1st floor sunroom leading to outside-there are multiple levels with stairs but there is an accessible elevator- sunroom attaches to garage with beach supplies and ping pong table Everyone had a great time...

« Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...
