« The room was available for an early check in as requested. We were here for a funeral and they were kind enough to leave us a sympathy card. Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. »

« Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

« Upon arrival they checked in someone else into my room. They did ended up finding another room for us and gave us a free dinner at their buffet. The room drain in the tub didn't work. The poor area was nice. »
