« We absolutely loved our stay in Newport because of how close this apartment was to everything! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, exactly like pictured. There were so many amenities and small details, such as beach chairs, picnic basket, bathrobes, black makeup towels, games, etc. that I really appreciated! The location is only about 7-10 minutes away from the wharfs walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and let us check in an hour early. »

« 1 star. Do not book. Unsafe and nothing like the photos. We arrived to find an apartment that barely resembled the listing. Both couches were stained, and one was broken in the middle. The whole unit had a strong, unpleasant smell that never let up. The bathroom was worse. The door got stuck against a cabinet and trapped our 4-year-old inside; she couldn't get out, and it was genuinely terrifying for her. The shelf shown in the listing photos wasn't there either; in its place was a bare board...

« The host was nice enough but the house itself was odd. Our first indication of trouble was the boarding house sign on the house. Then we were faced with confusing instructions and multiple entrances with key pads locks. Once we entered, we realized that we had to walk into the host's living space to access our rooms. The first thing we noticed about our room was how cold it was. That's when we noticed the two air conditioners in the windows letting in cold air. The thermostat was in the host...

« Very nice property. It was extremely clean and as represented. The only issue , it wasn’t clear to me that it was three floors up. On a girls trip and carrying up a big suitcase was difficult. Other than that, I would highly recommend. Beautiful views from deck! »

« Perfect location for our daughter’s graduation from Salve Regina University. This place is so spacious and has a fantastic view of the ocean. Quick walk to the public access path to walk along 1st beach. Or take a hike along the Cliff walk on a beautiful day. So much to do in downtown Newport or relax at the local restaurants within walking distance.
