Update-😊Westin 11750 Sunrise Valley Reston, VA ** The disappointing experience we had at the Westin the first few days was mitigated by the staff and encounters we had the rest of our stay. When you first enter the lobby the architectural display is made up of real plants, it is a beautiful relaxing work of art. The restauraunt concocted hot chocolate for me eventhough they do not have it on menu. The final act of generosity was the Hotel Manager who showed compassion to my disabled son who was going through a rough time. What I learned was -that not so great things happen on vacation but the way a company responds afterwards is the true representation if who they are as a company and there values. The Westin in Reston is a hallmark of class and graciousness and I would happily encourage anyone to check out this world class hotel. Well done Westin!!!😊

Very clean, staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff gave us extra towels. Gym 24 hr and they have a pool. Walking distance to some restaurants and 10 min drive or less to Target. Area is very nice. Parking garage is an easy ride using elevator and garage is very well lit. Overall felt safe

We stayed here prior to a flight back to Dublin, flights were cancelled due to storms so we spent an extra 2 days here. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great value hotel, food and drinks excellent. Midway between Dulles airport and downtown. We really enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Reston (Market Square). Thank you!

The stay was amazing, however they only give one wash cloth for two people. We called the front desk for an additional wash cloth but the only gave us hand towels and bath towels and they didn't have any more wash clothes. Thiscwas the only bummer thing.

Westin always delivers a beautifully designed, comfortable experience. The Westin at Tysons had Starbucks coffee in the room, this one did not, but the coffee was still great and there was free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Parking was a bit strange, but there appeared to be a free deck somewhere connected to the property - i found street parking, fortunately.

Very nice hotel
Great hotel if you need to stay in Reston or be close to Dulles Airport. The staff was extra friendly. There was no shuttle bus to the airport which surprised me seeing it was 10 minutes to get there

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.My kids enjoyed the pool while i enjoyed the jacuzzi. There was hot cider in the lobby which was absolutely satisfying. My only issue was the air/heat. The room got really stuffy at night and the air would not stay on. I give my stay an 8/10.
