« Room was big and spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. »

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« Notre WC ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre , j’ai 4 enfants . L’eau de la baignoire ne s’évacuait pas correctement . Nous ne pouvons pas ouvrir le rideau de la chambre les cordes étaient coupés . La propreté plutôt la vétusté était limite en plus nous étions dans la chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite ! « Un hôtel qui perd en qualité à tous les niveaux. Blanchisserie, munissez-vous de monnaie car pas de cash à l'accueil et un mode de paiement par application qui n'a pas marché avec notre carte bleue européenne. Salle de sport les tapis de course sont derniers cris mais il faut un abonnement. Le petit déjeuner c'est le strict minimum. Il faut réclamer pour un réapprovisionnement normal des contenus manquants. Le frigo contenant les yaourts était vide après réclamation l'agent de service en a...
