« We were scheduled to stay for a week but only stayed two nights. We stayed in the lodge. While walking down the concrete stairs, I stepped down and my ankle rolled. It chipped a bone in my ankle. I was looking down while stepping down and I was expecting to put my foot on concrete, not the grass. The concrete was broken up a bit. The concrete stairs were better than the railroad tie stairs at the other end of the lodge. The staff did bring me a large bag of ice and baggies to ice my very swollen...

« We had a wonderful stay at this property!We had a group of 11, 4 adults and 7 children. The water is clear and we loved fishing, hunting crawdads, boating and swimming to the small island offshore. The space was perfect at for the group with how the bedrooms were spaced out and the living rooms had a nice cross breeze. All amenities were perfect for a peaceful getaway - easy and inviting place! Loved the coffee brewer. They have a nice mini pontoon and we rented a large pontoon from a local boat...
